Terms of Purchase
Last updated September 29, 2026
1. Who you buy from
You buy your ticket from the event organizer, who is the seller and is responsible for the event. Origo Tickets sells the ticket on the organizer's behalf, operates the platform and processes refunds.
2. Price and service fee
The full price, including Origo's service fee, is shown before you pay, in the event's currency. You accept these terms at checkout.
2A. Taxes and invoices
In Mexico, ticket prices include IVA and Origo's service fee includes IVA. In the US, any sales tax is shown as a separate line before you pay. You can request an invoice (CFDI) from your order: the organizer issues the invoice for the tickets and Origo issues the invoice for its service fee.
3. If the event is cancelled
You receive an automatic full refund, including the service fee, to your original payment method. You don't need to request it. The time until you see it depends on your bank (usually 5–10 business days).
4. If the date changes
Your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you can't attend, you can request a full refund (service fee included) within 7 days of the notice.
5. Voluntary refunds
If the event is still going ahead, refunds follow the event's refund policy, shown before you buy. The service fee is non-refundable in these cases.
6. Tickets and transfers
Tickets are personal and can be transferred only through Origo. When a ticket is transferred, its QR code changes and the old one stops working. Reselling tickets outside Origo is prohibited, and such tickets may be cancelled.
7. Entry conditions
The organizer sets the entry conditions (age, ID, dress code, prohibited items and similar). Access may be refused if they aren't met.
8. Help and your rights
For questions about the event, contact the organizer first from the event page or your ticket. If it isn't resolved, contact Origo support. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Federal Consumer Protection Law or before Profeco. These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
