Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated September 29, 2026

1. Who is responsible

Each organizer sells its own tickets and is responsible for its event and its refund policy. Origo operates the platform and processes refunds automatically.

2. Event cancelled

Every order is refunded 100% automatically, including the service fee and table deposits. The ticket amount comes from the organizer's Stripe account and the fee from Origo, which holds it until the event is over. You'll get a notice with the amount. If the cancellation was the organizer's fault, the law may also give you compensation (Profeco: at least 20%), which the organizer pays.

3. Event rescheduled

Your ticket works for the new date. Can't go? Tap "I can't attend — refund me" on your order within 7 days of the notice for a full refund, service fee included.

4. Changed your mind

It depends on the event's policy, shown before you buy: No refunds (except cancellation), Refunds until X days before, or Flexible. If allowed, tap "Request refund" on your order and the organizer approves it. The money comes from the organizer's account; the service fee isn't returned.

5. How and when you get your money

To your original payment method, in the event's currency. OXXO payments are refunded by bank transfer. The timing depends on your bank, usually 5–10 business days.

6. Refunded tickets

Once refunded, the ticket's QR code stops working.

7. Need help?

Contact the organizer first from the event page or your ticket. If that doesn't solve it, contact Origo support. Your rights before Profeco are always preserved. See the full Terms of Purchase.
