What we collect
Your name, email, date of birth and gender, the tickets and orders you make, and check-in records at events. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store your full card number.
Date of birth and gender
With your consent at sign-up, we share your age range and gender with the organizers of events you get tickets for, so they can see audience statistics. Organizers also see your name and email on their attendee list for entry and event communications.
Sharing with organizers
When you buy or claim a ticket, the organizer of that event sees your name, email, ticket type and check-in, plus your city and Instagram/TikTok usernames if you added them. They may use your email only for operational messages about that event (changes, cancellations, entry information). Marketing messages about their other events are sent only if you tick the optional, unchecked box "Share my contact info with {organizer}" at checkout. Only opted-in contacts can be exported or used for marketing.
Unsubscribing
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately, with no sign-in required. You can also contact us to withdraw consent for any organizer. Operational messages about tickets you hold are still sent.
Page views
We count event page visits and where they came from (e.g. Instagram, WhatsApp) using a daily anonymous code; we don't store your IP address.
Why we use it
To issue and validate your tickets, process payments, prevent fraud, support you, and give organizers aggregated audience insights.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data (ARCO rights) and withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect tickets you already hold.
Retention and security
We keep your data while your account is active and as required by law, protected with access controls and encryption in transit.
